What is EFT?
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a wonderful meridian tapping technique which is like a psychological form of acupuncture. The difference is that EFT uses no needles, so it can be used anywhere, any time, by anyone. EFT was originally designed to reduce the psychotherapy process from months and years down to minutes and hours. From there it was discovered that astonishing physical healings also occurred. Symptoms faded for everything from migraine headaches to cancer. EFT often works where nothing else will.
